About Me

Hey, I’m Madilyn (or Madz), certified personal trainer, and proud survivor of my own transformation journey.

A few years ago, I was 140 pounds heavier, stuck in a body I hated, feeling hopeless like I was "too far gone" and having very little self worth. I had no idea where to begin and didn't really think it would be worth it to try. 

Fast forward to today, I’ve not only lost the weight, but completely recomposed my body, rebuilt my confidence, and reshaped my mindset. And I did it all without crash diets, crazy workouts, or trying to become someone I’m not. The old me would never have imagined that this type of transformation was possible. 

Now I’m on a mission to help other women do the same; without burning out, obsessing, or giving up their lives.

  • Strong looks different on every woman.

  • Progress beats perfection, always.

  • You can feel amazing without restriction or extremes.

Through personalized coaching, simple strategies, and a whole lot of support, my goal is to help women build the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves, in a way that feels good, makes sense, and actually lasts.
