These programs are perfect for women who want a clear, results-driven workout plan to follow, with guidance, accountability, and flexibility, but without full-scale coaching.

Whether you’re just starting or leveling up, each plan is designed to help you burn fat, build lean muscle, and feel strong, at home or in the gym.

This 30-minute 1:1 video call is perfect if you’re looking for personalized guidance without committing to ongoing coaching. We’ll focus on your specific goals and current lifestyle, and I’ll help you gain clarity and direction moving forward.

During our call, you’ll receive:

  • Personalized calorie and macro recommendations based on your goals

  • Guidance on nutrition basics and sustainable habits

  • Workout tips and training fundamentals

  • Practical tips you can implement immediately

This session is designed to give you clear, actionable advice and answer your questions, it is not a full training program or ongoing coaching. Ideal for those who want expert insight, a starting point, or a tune-up to their current routine.
